相交滿天下？ 五個朋友就夠了

現在的人臉書朋友常常上百位，但到底需要幾個朋友才足夠？英國一項新出爐調查指出，人們只需要五個朋友，就足以因應現代生活。
根據英國第四大房貸商「全國建築商協會」（Nationwide Building Society）研究，只需要五個朋友：一個可以讓人傾吐心事、一個會在情感上支持你、一個有財經知識且最好還能金援、一個能答覆各種問題的生活萬事通、一個能提供工作意見的好同事，就可以優遊於現代生活中。
研究指出，第一個像大姐般的知心長者朋友，通常擁有人生智慧，可以協助指點人生中的各式疑難雜症。第二個提供情感支持的朋友，能給予感情和情緒上的支持，讓人哭泣時有個可以依靠的肩膀。
第三個具財經知識的朋友可幫助了解財務問題，並告知如何省錢；第四個務實的朋友可提供如何腳踏實地的生活。至於第五個朋友，一個好同事，可以給人職場上的建議。
調查並發現，廿三％受訪者表示他們需要有人能夠傾聽他們的問題；十八％希望有情感和情緒上的支持。這項根據一○四七名成年人進行的調查並發現，十六％受訪者希望有人幫他們節省開支或擺脫負債。廿％盼同事或老板可協助或提供與工作相關的建議。十五％的女性受訪者表示，她們需要可以協助她們調合家庭關係的朋友。
英國心理學家認為，不論多麼堅強獨立的人，人生中都需要擁有可以依恃的人：「一個可以傾聽的耳朵、一個明智的頭腦、一個可以哭泣的肩膀，或一個跟你的處境相距十萬八千里的人，在必要時卻能誠摯的扶你一把。」
